INCOTEX 181M – How to Make a Sale (Issue a Receipt)
Steps (Sale Process)
- Press VD/MODE to switch ON the machine.
- Confirm the screen shows REGISTRATION MODE.
- Enter password 100000, then press TOTAL.
- Select 1 = Sales.
- Press (.) dot to remove decimals.
- Enter customer TIN, then press PY1 If customer has no TIN, enter 000000000, then press PY1.
- Enter customer VRN, then press TOTAL.
- Enter customer Phone Number, then press TOTAL.
- Enter customer Name, then press TOTAL.
- When the machine shows SAVE <C> NO <STL> YES, press C.
- Press (.) dot to remove decimals again.
- Enter the Item Price (add VAT if applicable).
- Press SH, then press PLU.
- Enter the Item Code, then press PLU.
- Press STL to confirm the sale is correct.
- If incorrect, press SH, then press 00 to cancel the sale.
- Press TOTAL to print the receipt.

- 00 = Add space between words
